The rear-alley design is the thing most companies get wrong before they arrive. Your cables, spring coils, roller bearings and hinge pins are the same steel in the same air, with none of that attention. We inspect for corrosion here as a matter of course rather than waiting for a symptom, and fit hardware suited to a marine environment instead of the standard part that comes in the kit.

One thing worth saying plainly, because it stops people from calling: if your house is historic, replacing the garage door almost certainly will not cost you anything.
