Is the estimate really free, or is that part of the discount?

They're two separate things. Every diagnostic visit and written estimate is free, with no obligation to book the work. The discount comes off the repair or installation itself if you decide to go ahead.

I've used you before — do I still get it?

Yes. It isn't a first-time-only offer. Repeat customers get the same discount on the same terms, which is to say no terms at all.

Does the discount apply to emergency and weekend calls?

Yes. We don't charge a premium for nights, weekends or holidays in the first place, and the discount applies to emergency visits exactly as it does to scheduled ones.
